What is MID SWAP?
A MID swap updates the Merchant ID within a gateway without disrupting the gateway, shopping cart, tokens, or customer data—similar to changing a SIM card without affecting your phone’s content.
Application Process
We will go through an application process to set your business up with a new Merchant ID.
Approval
Our underwriters will assess the health of your business. Once satisfied, they will send us across your new Merchant ID.
MID Swap
We coordinate with your gateway provider to switch your Merchant ID upon your confirmation.
Swap Complete
You will now be on a lower tariff with no disruption caused to your business.
